To support the objective of TESDA to open opportunities to anyone who wants to land a job easily, the agency will be conducting National TVET and Jobs Fair.
The Technical Vocational Education and Training is one of the programs of TESDA offered to those individuals either students or out-of-school youth. Thousands of TVET graduates testified that holding a National Certificates is the key to find employment both local and abroad.
TESDA has been offering tech-voc course for free through the scholarship programs especially for those out-of-school youth and other deserving target beneficiaries.
Secretary Guiling A. Mamondiong, the TESDA director general announced that the agency will hold National TVET Enrolment and Jobs Fair in February 27 to 28 and August 25 to 26, 2018. This is one way of encouraging individuals who want to enroll in TVET courses.
The TVET enrolment and jobs fair will be conducted simultaneously in various municipalities and provincial offices throughout the Philippines. Many employers, businessmen, and industry partners were invited to participate in the jobs fair.
The program is also supported by the Duterte administration’s “Build, Build, Build” that aims to help its graduates find employment. The activity is also geared to recruits TVET graduates such as plumbers, electricians, and other construction-related jobs that are highly sought not only in the country but also abroad.

The objective of the program is to have steady supply of world-class workers, technologists, and technicians. With this, TESDA is inviting everyone to avail this opportunity.
Through this program, the agency is confident to deliver and serve its promise to the Filipinos and that is to provide quality skills. The good thing about the TVET program is that even those residents from far-flung barangays are given the chance to enroll in any TVET course free.
